THE ENDEAVOUR AWARD SCHOOLS PROGRAMME

The One Up Projects Endeavour Award offers a truly unique opportunity to both students and schools. A member of our team will embed into the school to deliver a rolling 8-week programme supporting students most in need of an intervention.

The Endeavour Award consists of a unique combination of physical based sessions, group based workshops, specialist one to one support, school trips and award presentations.

Through the fusion of The One Up Projects psychological approach and the enduring relationships cultivated by our dedicated staff, we empower participants to enact positive changes in their behaviours, attitudes, and mindset. This transformative journey not only fosters personal growth but also enables individuals to recognise and embrace their own development and potential.

The One Up Project recognises the demands placed on teaching staff as a result of an ever-changing environment and aims to support and assist the whole school community.

THE IMPACT OF OUR SCHOOLS PROGRAMME

HOW WE CHOOSE OUR PARTICIPANTS

The One Up Project targets schools that are situated in areas with high levels of deprivation and have a need for external support for their pupils. We work with the pastoral teams in school to identify and target students who are struggling to engage and meet their true potential.

The reasons for selection can include:

Behavioural Issues

Safeguarding or SEN needs

At risk of permanent exclusions

Low confidence & Self-Esteem

Lack of positive role models

HERE'S SOME FEEDBACK FROM STAFF MEMBERS

“The boys who David has worked with have all made sustained positive changes and there are several in particular for whom the change has been remarkable. Taking one student in particular, this was a young man who

was frequently getting into trouble, was often rude to staff, had been excluded from school several times, and was under achieving in his lessons. The same young man is now one of

the most well-presented, polite and courteous members of our school. His behaviour has improved drastically, and he

has had no serious behaviour incidents since he began working with David. The change has been a remarkable one, and that young man can now look forward to a bright future

due to the work David has done with him. The school and his parents are extremely grateful.”
